Welcome to HR Best Practice Forum!

Although it’s coming to the last quarter of the year, it’s not too late to discuss about the most important domain in Human Resources Management, that are the best practices of Human Resources Management for managers and professionals, what are these practices and how to apply them into organizations.

Vietnam is an emerging but very dynamic country in Asia. Changing here becomes very often. Adaptation becomes very critical.

The reform of Human Resource Management (HRM) has accompanied this economic progress and is a field which has undergone a particularly large number of significant practice changes. Within new business environment, modern approaches of HRM from global companies have been adapted to practice in Vietnam because new methods of managing people are very critical for Vietnam’s business survival. There are key questions of what are current HRM ‘Best practices’ approaches most suitable for Vietnam? And how do Vietnam businesses adapt these global ‘Best practices’ into Vietnam HRM are urgently needed for Vietnam businesses to achieve their best business performance.

A one-day ‘HR Best Practice Forum’ is a first event to discuss key issues of ‘Best Practices’ around the world how to apply them into organisations in Vietnam. From the conference, we will have the insightful fact and figures about the Best Practice of Human Resources Management in Vietnam.
